All types of wires

From round, flat, up to CTC wires, themachine can work with any kind of wire in many different sizes. Dereelers andwire brakes are available for all different wires. Multiple of thoseaccessories can be added to the machine allowing the use of multiple differentwires on one machine.

Adaptable design

The winding machine can be combinedwith a multitude of different accessories to accommodate almost any coildesign. Multiple accessories can be combined on one machine allowing multiplecoil designs with different wires and wire arrangements to be used on onemachine. Many of the wire brakes, as well as wire flatteners, can be integrateddirectly into the wire guides saving space and eliminating the need forexpensive stand-alone solutions.

Advanced software

An easily extensible software allowscustomization to any coil designs and any coil winding process. With remoteaccess it is possible to implement changes on the fly even long after delivery.Unlimited turns can be counted and unlimited winding programs can be stored onthe machine while access to the company network is also available in order toload winding programs directly from the network.
