Quality Policy
It is our priority quality policy to follow the sectoral changes, technological developments and changing customer demands on a permanent way and adopt the same to our structure, and ensuring the permanent improvement of our services and offering the best services to our customers through our personnel, who have adopted the data quality and system quality understanding and work within the framework of the principles of impartiality, independence and confidentiality through an approach taking the Legal conditions and customer satisfaction as basis and giving precedence to the quality before all else.

The scope of our policy: Electrical Test Equipments and Systems Sales, Training, Repair and Calibration Services and Optoelectronics, Power Electronics Components Sales 

MARKE ELEKTRONIK;

·       Hereby undertakes to offer services to its customers at a level and quality satisfying the requirements of ‘’ISO/IEC17025 – General Terms and Conditions for the Competency of Test and Calibration Labs’’, “ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems – Conditions” and TSE-HYB Criteria’’.

·       The confidentiality forms an essential for basis the protection of confidential information and proprietary rights and maintenance of calibration results electronically and transmission of the same to the customers.

·       The Lab Personnel have adopted it as a principle to be specialized on their field of engagement, become impartial in their works and not to engage in any activities that may damage the trust of them at the decision-making stage and on all matters pertaining to their works.

·       The provision of the quality and reliance in the activities to be effectuated thereunder and application of the ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 standards and rules of TSE-HYB Criteria and follow-up of the same on permanent basis are under the responsibility and assurance of the Quality Manager, Lab Manager and Top Management.

·       In the selection and purchase of necessary service and equipment materials, required by the Law, the fact to be taken into consideration is that any material so purchased would not affect the test quality.

·       The entire firm and lab personnel will work self-consciously that the principle of work in conformance to the terms and conditions, principles, professional and ethical rules due to be determined by these ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 standards and TSE-HYB Criteria has been a necessity.

·       The entire firm and lab personnel realize their works within the scope of conscious of the quality system so created and in conformance to the policies and procedures of the said system.

·       The management ensures the entire personnel to work within the direction of the management systems, and make joint participation in order to achieve those of goals, and make sure that its personnel reaches a level of consciousness to evaluate the effect of the works, executed by them, on the achievement of the goals.

·       The Lab Management hereby ensure the competency of its personnel applying the calibrations through the obtainment or acquirement of the accreditation of the lab from an internationally recognized Accreditation Body and provision of the permanency of such accreditation.  

·       The mission of the Lab:

o   To be at a level of quality to satisfy the requirements of customers;

o   Through the use of international and internationally recognized calibration and technical service methods;

o   To offer calibration and technical services at sufficient levels conforming to the legal and other arrangements (regulations); and

o   To offer fast, reliable, device sales, calibration and technical services.

·       The basic service standards of the labs;

o   To work in conformance to the principles of the standard of ISO/IEC 17025;

o   To realize calibration services with the personnel, who are trained and have sufficient expertise on their field of engagement;

o   To keep the calibration quality under control through regular control activities;

o   To offer impartial, accurate and reliable calibration service to its customers;

o   To ensure the quality that will satisfy the requirements of the customers at any stage of services and improve this quality on permanent basis;

o   To ensure the entire lab personnel to conform to the quality system, provided by way of documentation in the direction of the Quality Policy;

o   To enable the management to effectuate the lab activities in the direction of the conditions and procedures, required by the standard of ISO/IEC17025 and in conformance to the TURKAK Accreditation.

All of these articles, undertaken hereunder, constitute our quality policy.

In this direction, we, as MARKE ELEKTRONIK, hereby undertake that we shall determine our quantitative and qualitative targets out of the Quality Objectives and Process Objectives, and furthermore, review our objectives on a permanent basis, and extend this policy of us among all of our employees and by doing so, carry out our services in this direction.
